SebastianxReader: Dream

He was always there, in your dreams.

Every night, once you'd drifted off to sleep, he would be there. His crimson eyes would stare into yours with an enigmatic desire, his hypnotic smile entranced you to no end, and his raven hair felt soft against your cheek when he kissed you.

His kiss...soft, gentle, yet passionate and needy...it was like a drug, always making you want more.

He would always hold you so gently, wrapping you in a comforting, warm embrace, and he would croon softly into your ear with his deep, hypnotic voice.

There was always something that wouldn't leave your mind though. If it was only a dream...how were you able to feel it?

How were you able to feel his soft hair, his warm embrace, and his addicting kiss?

You sat on your couch, trying to make sense of it, when a soft chuckle reached your ears. You turned your head and a gasp lodged in your throat.

Red eyes. Raven hair. Victorian clothing. It was him.

He chuckled at your stunned look. "Speechless, my little one?" he crooned, his voice mesmerizing you yet again.

"It...It's you..." you breathed. He chuckled and walked over to you, running a gentle hand through your (H/c) hair. "Sebastian Michaelis, at your service, my dear one."

"How..." you said in confusion. He looked down at you with his unwavering smile. "You were only a dream...how are you here now...?"

Sebastian chuckled. "Oh my dear one, you have been wondering how you were able to feel everything in your dreams, yes? You felt it because I wanted you to. I have been watching you for so long, giving you such sweet dreams until I was finally ready to take you for myself."

"You made me feel...? How...?"

"Because my dear, I am one of those creatures that men fear. A demon."

This revelation shocked you, but for some reason, you didn't feel afraid. Sebastian was here with you, and no matter what he was, his presence put you at ease.

You looked up at him. "Why have you been watching me...?"

Sebastian chuckled. "Creatures like me, we do not love in the traditional way. Even in matters like this, it is in our very nature to observe and hunt those who capture our attention as you have, using whatever is in our power to charm them. So I've watched you, and waited, giving you the sweetest of dreams until I felt ready to claim you as my own."

He took your hand in his, rubbing it gently with his gloved thumb.

"I have waited for so long...please, my dear one...let me have you tonight."

You hesitated for what seemed like hours before you finally nodded your head. Sebastian smiled and gently picked you up.

And that night...you learned that dreams really do come true.
